DELETE ACCOUNT

// HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by following these steps:

  1. Open TheWeb app or go to thelesbianwebsite.com
  2. Tap the profile icon (👤) in the top right corner
  3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm deletion when prompted

Alternatively, email us directly at vita.thewebsite@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account" and we will process your request within 30 days.

// WHAT GETS DELETED

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

  1. Your profile (name, username, age, pronouns, photos)
  2. Your availability settings and station
  3. All messages and conversations
  4. Your referral history
  5. Your push notification token
All account data is permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. This action cannot be undone.

// WHAT IS RETAINED

We may retain anonymised, non-identifiable data for safety purposes (e.g. records of reports submitted) for up to 90 days after deletion, as required to protect our community.
