// PLATFORM ELIGIBILITY

TheWeb is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. The referral-only access model means every user is personally vouched for by an existing member of the community. We do not permit minors to use the platform under any circumstances.

// PROHIBITION OF CSAE CONTENT

TheWeb strictly prohibits:

• Any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind
• Grooming, solicitation or any communication intended to exploit minors
• Any content that sexualises people under the age of 18

Violations of these standards will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

// REPORTING MECHANISMS

Users can report concerns directly within the app using the ⚑ REPORT button on any user profile. Reports are reviewed by our team and actioned promptly.

To report child safety concerns directly:

• Use the in-app report function on the user's profile
• Email us at vita.thewebsite@gmail.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report"

We treat all child safety reports as urgent and respond within 24 hours.

// REPORTING TO AUTHORITIES

TheWeb complies with all applicable child safety laws. Any confirmed CSAM or CSAE will be reported to:

• The Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) — iwf.org.uk
• The National Crime Agency (NCA) CEOP Command — ceop.police.uk
• Local law enforcement authorities as appropriate

// ENFORCEMENT

Any user found to have posted, shared or solicited CSAE content will be:

• Immediately and permanently banned from the platform
• Reported to relevant national authorities
• Have their data preserved and provided to law enforcement upon lawful request
